Led by Nancy Monelli, DMin, an experienced minister and author, Oasis Ministries Northwest offers a range of transformative programming designed to nourish your spirit and foster personal growth. With over forty years of ministerial experience in congregations, Nancy has specialized in Christian education, youth ministry, small group formation, and pastoral care. Steeped in the study of scripture and a passion for sharing God’s love with God’s people, Nancy is a compassionate guide for those seeking spiritual mentorship and support.

Oasis Ministries Northwest offers a variety of transformative experiences to support your spiritual growth, embrace your gifts, and encourage your connection to your community. In-person retreats provide a sacred space for reflection, renewal, and connection. Classes offered both in person and on line, are designed to give you practical tools and insights to deepen your understanding of your faith. In addition, individual and small group programming is offered for those who are grieving, experiencing times of transition, or seeking spiritual mentorship. At Oasis Ministries Northwest, we are committed to walking with you as you draw closer to the One who is already beside you offering the gifts of solace and purpose, within a supportive community.
Nancy Monelli
Nancy Monelli holds a master’s degree in theology and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. She has ministered in congregations in the areas of Christian education, youth ministry, small group formation, and pastoral care for over forty years and is the author of numerous books of devotions and program curricula for adults, teens, and children.

Spiritual Mentoring and Guidance
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven… (Ecclesiastes3:1)
As we move through the many seasons of our lives we are bound to encounter some that are difficult or confusing. When you have a decision to make, are moving through a time of transition, have experienced a loss, or just need some clarity in your Christian walk, you may find help through the mentoring of a compassionate companion – what the early Celtic Christians called a Soul Friend. Oasis Ministries Northwest provides one-on-one spiritual mentoring to help you walk through times of change, struggle, or discernment. This is not counseling but it does give you a safe and confidential place to explore where you are and move towards where God is calling you to be. Grounded in prayer, the holy scriptures, and traditional spiritual disciplines, Nancy will walk with you as your Soul Friend, reflecting God’s love for you, and helping you to find opportunities for growth and healing during challenging times.
